Year long warranty:For ponies purchased at full price and without discount, a year long warranty is included starting from your date of purchase, covering any dissatisfaction you may have with your pony, including undesirable color, blemishes and broken parts.To begin the warranty claim, simply email store@bluefaststud.io including a picture of your pony and the issue you have with it, along with the included packaging insert that initially came with your purchase. Sky Line will respond promptly to help facilitate a smooth and simple process to replace your mare.
